A curfew-free airport, without a curfew-free railway
Western Sydney International is Sydney's first curfew-free airport, so flights can land and depart at any hour. Red-eye arrivals, midnight departures and everything in between are finally on the table for travellers and businesses who have never had that flexibility at Kingsford Smith.
There is a catch
Sydney Metro and train services do not run overnight. If your flight touches down at 2am, or you need to check in for a 4am departure, public transport is not an option at those hours.
That is exactly where we come in. Our airport transfer service runs at any time of day or night, so a late landing or an early departure at WSI is never a logistics problem. It is just a booking.

When does Western Sydney International Airport open?
Western Sydney International opens to passengers on 25 October 2026, with airline services expanding progressively through late 2026 and 2027. We are building our transfer network around both airports so your travel plans are covered either way.
Where is Western Sydney International Airport?
WSI is at Badgerys Creek in Greater Western Sydney, within the Liverpool City Council area, roughly 44 km west of Sydney CBD. The nearest suburbs are Luddenham, Bringelly and St Marys, and road access is via the new M12 Motorway.
How long does it take to travel from Sydney CBD to WSI?
Allow roughly 50 minutes by car from Sydney CBD via the M4 and M12. From Parramatta it is closer to 30 minutes. By comparison, Kingsford Smith is roughly 20 to 30 minutes from the CBD. We build live traffic conditions into every pick-up time we quote.
Can you collect me from WSI in the middle of the night?
Yes. WSI is Sydney's first curfew-free airport, so flights operate around the clock, but Sydney Metro and train services do not run overnight. Our transfers operate at any time of day or night, which covers red-eye arrivals and very early check-ins when public transport is unavailable.
Do you monitor flights for delays?
Yes. We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time automatically for delays or early arrivals, so your driver is there when you actually land rather than when you were scheduled to.
What size vehicles are available for airport transfers?
Our fleet ranges from sedans for individual travellers through to minibuses and full-size coaches for larger groups. We match the vehicle to both passenger numbers and luggage, which matters on international departures and arrivals.
